WE HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE AFRICA GREAT

The destiny of Africa lies with Africans! It does not rest with the west or the Asian tigers . Arguably, Africa is the most endowed continent in the whole world in terms of material resources. Unfortunately, this has not always transformed to progress for its sons and daughters. Truth be told, the continent  has been a a victim of gross misrule for decades and pockets of good leadership here and there and has also had their fair share of inter tribal and civil wars that has left many of it s country states devastated . However, the tide is changing  with many of its states embracing democracy and articulating the rich cultural values of which the continent is known for. A new crop of leaders are emerging. Leaders who progress on all fronts is their mantra. It is this crop of old and young leaders that this Pan Africa International Leadership Award Foundation is Celebrating. Just as we are quick to criticise those who are not leading well, we will not relent also in celebrating our own very best . Welcome to  the team!
